1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bd89h website located at bd89h.io, including all games, betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, customer support channels, and any other features or content made available through the platform (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the Service, you enter into a binding legal agreement with bd89h and confirm that you:

Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, and any funds in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

2.2 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on bd89h. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or using different identities — is strictly prohibited. bd89h employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, bd89h reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or pending withdrawals.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

bd89h operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of your registered payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bd89h username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bd89h will never contact you by any channel to request your password.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bd89h's customer support team immediately via live chat or email at support at bd89h.io. bd89h will investigate and take appropriate remedial action, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

3.3 Account Currency

All bd89h accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are recorded and processed in BDT. No multi-currency conversion is applied.

3.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bd89h reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts or to close them after reasonable prior notice has been given to the registered email address.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bd89h currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladeshi mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. These are the only accepted payment channels. bd89h does not accept cash payments, international wire transfers, or cryptocurrency.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits published in your account dashboard, which may vary by payment method and account tier
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to daily and weekly limits communicated at the time of withdrawal request

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bd89h account instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. bd89h is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems or network outages.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by bd89h within a standard window of one to three business hours during normal operating hours. Requests submitted during periods of high volume or outside Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) business hours may take up to 24 hours. KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed. bd89h reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving large withdrawals.

4.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to the wagering requirements detailed in Section 5. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Only the real-money portion of your balance is available for withdrawal at any time prior to bonus clearance.

4.6 Own Payment Methods Only

You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sender's name on the mobile wallet differs from the name on your bd89h account — will be reversed and may result in account suspension. bd89h takes measures to prevent money laundering and will report suspicious financial activity where legally required to do so.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

bd89h offers promotional bonuses, deposit match offers, free plays, cashback arrangements, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by bd89h carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier for each offer is published in the promotion's individual terms.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not activated within the stated activation window, or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period, will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds and associated pending winnings will be removed from your account without further notice.

5.4 Abuse & Exploitation

bd89h reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, withhold bonus funds, or close an account where there is evidence that a player is abusing the promotional system — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using bonus funds in a manner designed to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements, or coordinating play with other accounts. Decisions made by bd89h regarding bonus abuse are final.

5.5 Promotional Changes

bd89h reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in progress, except where fraud or a technical error is identified.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Availability

The games and betting markets available on bd89h may change without notice. bd89h does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any specific game title, live table, or sports market. Temporary unavailability due to maintenance, provider outage, or commercial decisions does not constitute a breach of these Terms.

6.2 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game interface or market listing. bd89h reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the integrity of a game or wager, bd89h reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. bd89h's decision regarding the handling of technical errors is final.

6.4 Sporting Event Voidance

Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market's settlement conditions are met, bd89h reserves the right to void all related bets and return stakes to the player, in accordance with the specific rules for the affected market as published in the sportsbook.

6.5 Odds & Market Errors

Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — whether caused by a data feed error, human error, or system fault — may be voided by bd89h at its discretion. bd89h will notify affected players and return their stakes where a voiding decision is made. Winnings arising from manifest errors will not be paid out.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd89h and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one account;
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC;
• Using another person's payment method without their explicit consent;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or manipulation of game outcomes;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting software bugs or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain — any such exploitation must be reported to bd89h support immediately;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corruption related to sporting events available on the bd89h sportsbook;
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the bd89h platform;
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to use your bd89h account;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bd89h staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

bd89h is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. As part of this commitment, the following tools are available to all registered players and may be accessed through your account settings or by contacting customer support:

10 Limitation of Liability

12 Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments

12.2 Termination by You

You may close your bd89h account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after any outstanding KYC verification has been completed. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned.

12.3 Termination by bd89h

bd89h may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, fail to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe, or if bd89h is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction. In the event of account termination for cause, bd89h reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.

13 Governing Law

bd89h makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction beyond Bangladesh.
